Bridal and embroidery
The swatch, the khaka, the finished lehenga — each with its photo, each with its date.
Bridal work waits on approvals. Silaikar puts the one approval that matters — the embroidered swatch on the dyed fabric — on the card with a date, so the karigar isn’t finished before the answer arrives.
Three screens. That’s it.
-
My workEach worker gets their own card — by picture, no reading needed. One tap when it’s done.
-
My countScan the tag and the count goes up. The week’s total is always in view.
-
The week’s wagesThe week adds itself up. Confirm it and each slip goes out on WhatsApp.
On your floor
- Embroidery goes out and comes back as its own card, so the stitching card isn’t blocked by it.
- The swatch photo is taken from the card; the shop’s answer lands on the card.
- Peak season (Oct–Feb) shows as the count climbs; late cards turn red before the date, not after.
- Changes after cutting are written on the card with who asked — the argument at the end is shorter.
The first year is free for everyone.

Questions
The boutique keeps changing the design.
Every change is on the card with the date; the card shows what was agreed and what came after.
We don’t do stage photos.
Then don’t; only the swatch, QC and dispatch are asked for.
Do you send me brides?
No. Silaikar is not a marketplace. We never introduce you to anyone.
