Delete your account

Only the owner of the workroom can ask. Write from the WhatsApp number or email address the account signs in with, so we know it's you.

Say "delete my account" and the workroom's name. We reply on the same number or address.

What happens

1. We close the workroom and delete its records: job cards, counts, wage sheets, advances, questions and answers, every worker's name and pictures, and your number.
2. If you want a copy of your records first, say so in the same message and we'll send it before anything is deleted.
3. Our backup copies expire after 30 days, so deleted records leave our backups within 31 days.

What is kept

• If a buyer sent you orders through Silaikar, your workroom's name stays on that buyer's own orders — the name only, nothing you entered.

A worker's own picture or record: ask the workroom's owner, who holds the account, or email admin@silaikar.com with the workroom's name and we'll remove it.
